Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales & Marketing Executive Cpl Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing residential property developer to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Cork. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's sales and marketing activities, helping to drive brand awareness, generate leads, enhance the customer experience, and support the continued growth of the business. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's sales and marketing function, bringing creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness to every aspect of the role. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company's sales and marketing activities across multiple residential developments.
• Manage and qualify sales enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to sale completion.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral including brochures, sales packs, signage, photography, videography, and promotional materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
• Organise and coordinate launch events, open days, property showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, photographers, designers, and suppliers.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track local property market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
• Take a hands-on approach to problem solving and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and results.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the business, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with company values and objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, property, construction, or a related commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong social media, content creation, and digital marketing capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Canva, and CRM systems.
• Strong commercial awareness with an ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects from concept through to execution.
• Creative thinker with the confidence to introduce new ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Full clean driving licence preferred.
