Who should apply?

This role will suit a finance professional with the following experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years’ PQE.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Big Four accounting firm
• Strong financial reporting knowledge, ideally with prior exposure to the tech sector
• Excellent excel skills and comfortable presenting to senior leaders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in strengthening the finance function and supporting senior management. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring a high standard of financial accuracy and timeliness.
• Assisting the month-end close process, overseeing all journals, reconciliations, and cut-off procedures.
• VAT reporting and filing on a timely basis
• Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analysing variances and providing clear commercial insights.
• Partnering with key Business Leaders to understand KPI's, providing financial commentary and decision-making support.
• Enhancing financial systems and reporting processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
