We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a busy on-site projects team delivering complex life sciences projects 🧪💊. You’ll play a key role in managing mechanical construction activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

⚙️ Managing mechanical construction works (equipment, vessels, pumps, skids & piping)

🔩 Overseeing stainless steel, carbon, lined & BPE piping installations

🦺 Championing Health & Safety on site

📅 Coordinating contractors to deliver to schedule & budget

📐 Reviewing drawings, scopes, schedules & constructability plans

📊 Supporting project planning, cost control & progress tracking

🔄 Managing multiple projects of varying complexity

🔹 What you’ll bring:

✔️ Strong mechanical background

✔️ 10+ years’ experience in Pharma / Biopharma environments

✔️ Proven contractor & site coordination experience

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

✔️ Experience through construction to commissioning/handover (advantageous)

✔️ Confident using MS Office & project tools 💻
