Your new role
As Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the office and act as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, maintaining systems and records, supporting HR and finance tasks, and ensuring the office environment remains productive and well-organised. You will also play a central role in onboarding new employees, managing facilities, ordering supplies, and assisting with internal communication.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an office management or senior administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and general office software
