Your new company As Project Management Office Administrator, you will join a global biopharmaceutical company in Dublin North. Your new office is conveniently located and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team for 12 months with a view to extension.
Your new role As Project Management Office Administrator, you will provide administrative and project coordination support to the Engineering PMO for CAPEX projects at an API manufacturing site. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Support project initiation and documentation.
- Create/manage purchase requisitions and POs in Ariba (SAP backend).
- Perform goods receipting and track PO/invoice status.
- Maintain CAPEX cost trackers in Excel.
- Support SAP queries and blocked invoice resolution.
- General administrative & ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in an administration/project support/procurement or engineering role. You will have excellent IT skills, including Excel (pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookup functions). A keen eye for detail, organisational and multitasking skills are essential to meet tight project deadlines. Previous experience raising PO's and receipting invoices and/or familiarity using SAP is desirable. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements in a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
