Fantastic Opportunity to join a company going through a period of significant growth on their business in the west of Ireland.
This role will involve utilizing and enhancing your restructuring experience and give you the opportunity to display people, credit, and relationship management skills. You will be given the experience of dealing with a broad portfolio of clients to provide specialist credit restructuring solutions with a well-established team.
The opportunity involves dealing with other members of the senior management team and offers a good base salary, bonus, pension and a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and negotiating with borrowers relating to debt settlement.
- Decision making regarding credit analysis with proactive management of customers with an agreed exit strategy including litigation.
- Managing inbound correspondence, providing support and mentorship to the wider team when required.
- Connection level case management, initiative-taking in ensuring objections are met in a timely manner.
- Attending project calls and operational meetings, working closely with senior relationship managers.
Requirements:
- Qualified financial advisor with 3-5 years’ experience in restructuring or lending.
- APA Essential
- Experience in both relationship and credit analysis essential.
- Experience in primary dwelling home case management and advantage.
- Knowledge of CCMA, CPC, MCC and how to apply information through interactions with customers. Good Negotiation skills with confidence to work on own initiative.
