As the company accelerates its growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of the financial management of its Irish operations.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful performance reporting that drives operational excellence, highlighting trends in efficiency, output, and cost across the business.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes for multiple Irish sites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong governance.
- Prepare high-quality management accounts, financial performance packs, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee key transactional finance activities, including AP/AR management and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, guide investment decisions, and support future growth.
- Partner closely with operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous performance improvement.
- Uphold strong internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Monitor capital expenditure and operational costs, providing visibility and control across ongoing projects.
- Identify efficiency opportunities, champion cost optimisation initiatives, and contribute directly to profitability.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a solid grasp of financial reporting.
- Post-qualification experience in a relevant industry or operational environment.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
