The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Retail Manager in running daily club operations. You will help lead a small, energetic team, ensuring excellent service, smooth operations, and a motivating environment for staff and customers alike.

We welcome candidates with backgrounds in retail or hospitality, including:

• Assistant Store Managers (grocery, discount, phone retail, etc.)
• Assistant Hotel Managers or Shift Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day club operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently resolve queries
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team, fostering open communication and engagement
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and company procedures

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager in retail or hospitality
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence team members
• Calm and professional under pressure
