A well established property developer with a strong pipeline of projects across Ireland is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a residential development in Waterford.

The Role

• Leading the project from preconstruction through to completion
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Overseeing programme, quality, budgets, and health & safety
• Driving projects to completion safely, ontime, and to the highest standard
• Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the build

Requirements

• Proven experience working in Irish construction
• Previous experience as a Project Manager on residential developments
• Background with a main contractor or developer
• Commutable to Waterford
