Field Services Engineer

Job Purpose:

To service and maintain ME Group Ireland equipment in your assigned area to ensure it is operating in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) set by Key Accounts, and to ensure the equipment is vending a satisfactory product or service at all times.

Job description

• To service machines, making sure the equipment is clean & presentable to the end user at all times
• To replenish machine consumables ensuring continuity of service
• To ensure adequate vehicle stock of consumables and parts are maintained at all times for use in the field.
• To deal with low level breakdown calls as set by the business including but not limited to, payment tests, Internet connections, door vents and flaps, visual checks for leaks and or machine deformities and machine operational tests.
• Represent ME Group Ireland with customers and suppliers keeping Me Group’s best interests in mind
