Finance Business Partner

We’re currently partnering with a well-established organisation that is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team.

This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, analysis, and support around budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in business partnering, monitoring spend, analysing monthly performance, and supporting financial planning activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the monthly financial reporting and analysis process
• Partnering with operational teams on KPI tracking and variance analysis
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Developing financial models and analysing large datasets
• Supporting quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Contributing to audit processes and maintaining strong financial controls
• Building strong relationships across the business and supporting decision-making through financial insightThe ideal candidate will have:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
• +3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
