Responsibilities:

Programme Leadership & Delivery

•Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the role profile review programme covering approximately 700 roles across the organisation.

•Develop and manage a structured review and delivery plan to ensure all role profiles are reviewed within agreed timelines.

•Establish and maintain programme governance, progress tracking and reporting mechanisms.

•Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder actions.

•Provide regular status updates, progress reports and insights to programme sponsors and key stakeholders.

Role Profile

• Review, analyse and assess existing role profiles and job descriptions for accuracy, consistency, completeness and business relevance.

• Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to clarify role purpose, responsibilities, accountabilities and requirements.

• Support managers in drafting and refining role profiles where required.

• Update role profiles in accordance with organisational standards, governance requirements and business needs.

• Ensure role documentation accurately reflects required skills, experience, competencies and any regulatory obligations.

• Support organisational change initiatives that impact role design, structures or responsibilities.

• Build effective relationships with senior leaders, people managers, HR Business Partners and functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.

• Significant experience writing, reviewing and maintaining role profiles and job descriptions in a large, complex organisation.

• Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale documentation, HR or organisational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
