Senior Associate, Debt Services (CLO)

Job Description

• Daily maintenance of the assets in the CLO collateral portfolio
• Review and test new CLO structures ensuring all requirements from documentation are captured.
• Provide accurate and timely compliance reports and detailed Interest Payment Date reports to CLO stakeholders.
• Position and cash reconciliation on an as needed basis.
• Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy.
• Deliver timely and accurate professional service to improve the client experience.
• Participate in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure timely delivery of services and reports

Qualifications

• University or College business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
• Demonstrable experience in Syndicated, Private debt or CLO
• Fund accounting experience is an asset, but not required
