Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Product Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (D365) Sales & Marketing Product Analyst to support and enhance CRM capabilities across Sales and Marketing functions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to improve customer engagement, optimise sales and marketing processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions to identify improvements.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules.
  • Customise CRM components including entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, D365 reporting tools, and Excel.
  • Analyse sales, marketing, and customer data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support marketing campaigns, customer journeys, lead management, and segmentation.
  • Assist with system integrations, testing, defect resolution, and data quality activities.
  • Act as the link between business and technical teams, driving continuous improvement through the Power Platform.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of CRM configuration, workflows, and data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or CRM Analyst.
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-220, PL-300) are advantageous.
