Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Personal Insurance Sales Advisor to join an established insurance brokerage team in Wicklow. This role is focused on delivering tailored insurance solutions while providing a consistently high standard of customer service.

The position is suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to policy placement and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate quotations across a range of personal insurance products
• Convert quotations into confirmed sales
• Manage policy renewals and support customer retention
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Maintain accurate records and ensure system updates are completed
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements

• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to perform in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Confident handling telephone-based customer interactions

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience within insurance (personal lines preferred)
• APA qualification or working towards APA certification
• Experience within a brokerage or financial services environment
