What's the Opportunity?

You'll oversee a mix of commercial and industrial projects, taking responsibility for programme planning, commercial management and client relationships. This is a broad, hands on role with real autonomy across all stages of project delivery.

What will I be doing?

• Overseeing the successful delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Planning project programmes, labour and resource requirements.
• Managing procurement activities, supplier relationships and the project supply chain.
• Supporting the commercial management of projects through contracts, valuations and financial oversight.
• Managing project variations, valuations and final accounts.
• Building strong relationships with clients throughout project delivery.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Completing project documentation and project close out activities.

What experience and skills do I need?

• Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong programme planning and scheduling skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing contracts, valuations and project finances.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing projects and workloads.
