You will be joining a growing commercial insurance brokerage with a collaborative, close-knit team. Your new role

This position is designed for candidates with a personal lines background who want to progress into commercial insurance. You will support experienced account managers across a diverse commercial portfolio, including motor fleet, property and corporate clients.

Key duties include processing bookings, issuing documentation, managing invoicing, handling client and insurer queries, updating internal systems and providing day to day administrative support to the wider team. The role is office based Monday to Friday.

• APA qualification or working towards it

• Experience in personal lines or an administrative role within insurance

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively in a small, hands on environment
