The Training Programme (Dublin – 2 Months)

Your journey begins with an 8-week, full-time onboarding programme focused entirely on learning and development.

You will receive structured training in:

🔹 The fundamentals of international financial advisory

🔹 Business development and relationship building

This phase is office-based, supervised, and fully supported, ensuring you build confidence and competence before progressing.

(Post-Training – Zurich)

Following successful completion of the training programme, you will relocate to Zurich, where you will continue your development within a professional advisory office.

You will work alongside experienced advisors, supporting client relationships and business growth while progressing towards full financial advisory capability.
