Construction Manager

Site Manager – Galway City€70,000-€80,000 + Benefits

An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee the delivery of a construction project based in Galway City. This is a site-based role, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of site activities from start to completion
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Managing site documentation, inspections, and reporting
• Liaising with the project team, engineers, and design team as required
• Monitoring progress and resolving site issues efficiently
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with building regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet project deadlines
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality
• Relevant construction qualification is desirable
