As the Ecosystem Executive, you are the engine room of the commercial and operational health of the various brands and jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Retail, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our ecosystem strategy, ensuring our markets remain liquid, our segments are profitable, and our technical commerce functions run with precision.
Matched Bettor Segment Management: Take full operational ownership of the Matched Bettor segment for all brands and jurisdictions to drive revenue and maximise long-term value:
- Policing & Compliance: Monitor activity to ensure segment health and adherence to commercial terms.
- P&L Reporting: Deliver detailed financial performance reports specifically for the Matched Bettor cohort.
- Product Development: Act as the product owner for features specifically designed to service and monetise this segment.
- Market Management: Manage "Enhanced Specialist" (ES) as a dedicated ecosystem and oversee additional specialised markets.
- Community Engagement: Lead forum management and direct customer engagement to maintain brand sentiment.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to refine promotions, CRM journeys, and affiliate strategies tailored to this segment.
Ecosystem Health & Liquidity:
- Market Quality: Monitor the pulse of the ecosystem ensuring optimal seeding levels and market competitiveness.
- Analysis: In-depth Exchange Markets/Product/Brand analysis using Tableau for reporting of current v historical trends, including any new variables to the ecosystem.
- Seeding Operations: Support the internal seeding team to ensure consistent liquidity across key sporting events.
- Provider Relations: Manage day-to-day operational touch points with external liquidity providers.
Revenue Protection & Optimisation:
- Attrition Management: Execute revenue extraction strategies per sport and implement mitigation tactics to manage attritional volume.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide the Key Accounts team with actionable data regarding customer behaviour and segment performance.
- Cross-Product Growth: Support initiatives to increase customer lifetime value through cross-product selling (Multiples and Betbuilders).
Operational Activities:
- Revenue Protection: Oversee revenue extraction strategies per sport, managing attritional volume and engineering mitigation tactics.
- Liquidity & Partnerships: Manage day-to-day operations with liquidity providers and provide data-driven insights on customer behavior to the commercial and management teams.
- Technical Commerce: Monitor API users and the execution of monthly billing cycles.
- Customer Relations: Directly engage with the community regarding revenue changes, feedback, and high-level queries.
- Segment Support: Provide tactical support for Brokerage operations, internal seeding and the On-Course Bookmaker segment.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills are critical for this role
- Flexibility - the work schedule will be based around the sporting calendar and needs of the business. Evening and weekend work is required for this role
- Good interpersonal & self-organising skills and an ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
- A team player with proven ability to work autonomously
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and betting industry knowledge is advantageous
